decks off the master bedroom and second room. - Mountain Cottage is single (22’ x 24’) studio cottage with bathroom and large deck that overlooks farm and the rising sun.
- Sweet Love is a single (16’ x 20’) room with 1 queen bed and bathroom and deck that is poolside.
- Sweet Blue is a single (12’ x 28’) room with queen bed and bathroom w/ deck looking out to the pool.
- Suite I & II are 2 private rooms that are side by side, both with individual bathrooms and a back porch which overlooks the pool.
- Bedroom I is a 1 bedroom (20’ x 30’) room w/ living room, fridge, sink and back porch overlooking the pool.
There is also a separate 12’ x 24’ care takers cottage with bathroom and located just beyond the pool.

FARM
The farm is completely organic and has approx. 2000 fruit trees that are 12-15 years old, of which almost all are bearing fruit. Turmeric and ginger grow wildly all about the farm, which has up to 5 full time farm workers growing vegetables and tending to the herb garden, all of which serves the property and cooking tour.

- Zimbali also has 240 solar panels mounted on the Villa Roof (awaiting a new battery system).

WATER
The property is 100% water off-grid. There is a rain water harvesting system with 7,000 gallon storage, which boasts 2 x 3/4 hp water pumps (one for backup). Also, particle filtration as well as individual drinking filtration with the latest technology in villa and all cottages. Zimbali has its own Spring Water Well which produces approximately 4000 gallons/day of drinkable spring water.
