Find Your “Moment of Zen” with Seafood

ST. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga.March 9, 2018 / — For many Americans, trying to manage life’s day-to-day stresses can seem like an uphill battle. Now, more than ever, restoring calm into your everyday is crucial to finding balance and achieving the mindfulness we all crave. Thankfully, your moment of Zen can be found in the kitchen with SeaPak.

Whether you’re a confident home cook or a lover of quick-and-easy meals, lessening the burden of recipe prep and menu planning is key to making life more manageable and enjoyable. With so many new, restaurant-inspired products now available, the frozen food aisle is a great place to begin your journey toward making mealtime hassle-free. Here, you’ll find an impressive spread of great-tasting, versatile options designed to take the stress out of cooking, like those from SeaPak, the nation’s No. 1 shrimp brand in frozen specialty seafood.

“At SeaPak, all of our seafood is made with busy families in-mind,” said Leslie Harris Thomas, the marketing manager at SeaPak. “Our goal is to help seafood lovers everywhere find their happy place in the kitchen by creating high-quality, great-tasting, easy-to-make mealtime solutions. In doing so, we hope to inspire Americans to chillax and add a little more mindfulness into their everyday lives, so they can focus less on what’s for dinner and more on what matters most,” Harris Thomas said.

Sometimes, tranquility can be found when you take a break from your routine and try something fresh. “We’re constantly thinking up new ways for moms and dads to get seafood in the oven and dinner out of mind, like new recipes with exciting flavors or easy tips for introducing seafood to kids. Often, this leads to sharing more seafood-filled meals together throughout the year,” Harris Thomas explained.

One way to take a break from the day-to-day craziness is to try SeaPak’s 20-minute, Quick-And-Easy Tuscan Shrimp Scampi. For more ideas, visit SeaPak.com, and the brand’s FacebookPinterest and Instagram pages.
