For the foodies out there you can be assured a culinary delight for this New Year’s Eve at Sophisticate.  Chef Luis Fitch and his team have put together an inspired menu and promise a exceptional array of flavours that are sure to delight even the most discerning palate.  We have two Menus for SOPHISTICATE.

Dinner Menu:  For those who wish to have a sumptuous dinner at The Calypso Restaurant and then join us for the NYE party dinner will be server from 7pm onward.  You can purchase tickets online here or make reservations at the Seawind Club by calling (876) 940-9660.

Party Menu: For those joining us to party from 10pm, Chef Fitch has ensured your tastebuds will be tickled and your appetites satisfied with a delicious menu that will be available via the food stations that we will have around the pool.
