Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Shipping: Please return the product to the address provided. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within five (5) days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@myoceanstyle.com with details and photos of the defective or damaged product.
Refunds for Shipping
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
