Admissions

The next chapter
starts with a conversation.

Find the right starting point for your child and take the first step with our school office.

How to begin

Three clear first steps.

Our school office can guide you through the application process.

Speak with the office

Ask about places and entry requirements, and collect a registration form from the Main Office.

Complete your application

Complete your child’s registration form and return it to the Main Office for review.

Hear back from the school

After review, the school will contact you with the next steps, including the welcome package, handbook and booklist.

Parent questions

A few helpful
starting points.

What ages can apply?

The school’s prospectus covers children aged 3–12, from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 6. The published Pre-K entry point is age 3. Ask the Main Office to confirm the entry cut-off, readiness requirements and placement for your child’s date of birth.

How do I apply?

Collect a registration form from the Main Office, complete it as a parent or guardian and return it for review. The school will contact you after the review. Ask about availability for the year group you need before making arrangements.

Which documents are needed?

Request the current document checklist from the Main Office when collecting the form. A verified list of supporting documents has not been supplied for this review, so please confirm it before submitting your application.

How do I request the fees?

Email maps1925@gmail.com with the year group and intended start term, or call (876) 952-2273. Ask for the current fee schedule, inclusions and payment instructions. The office can direct your request to the appropriate staff member.

What happens after acceptance?

Collect the welcome package from the school. The published admissions process includes a student/parent handbook and the child’s booklist. Ask for the current editions and the arrangements for your child’s first day.

What about uniforms, books and orientation?

Use the school’s current booklist and uniform guidance before purchasing supplies. The published process includes an orientation for the parent or guardian and child before the school year begins; the office should confirm the date and arrangements for your intake.

Can we visit before applying?

Call or email the Main Office to request a school visit. Mention your child’s age, the year group you are considering and your preferred days. Please wait for the school to confirm an appointment before travelling.

How do existing parents access the parent portal?

The published registration guidance directs parents to the Main Office for RenWeb / ParentsWeb registration. Ask the office to confirm the current portal link and account setup before signing in. No unverified login destination is linked here.

What are the drop-off and pickup times?

Please request the current schedule for your child’s class from the Main Office, including the handover point and arrangements for authorised collectors. The old staggered COVID-era timetable is not used in this review.

Where is the school?
